Buying guide
How to match the exact perfume.
Write down the full fragrance name, concentration, bottle volume, condition and format you intend to buy. Then compare each retailer listing against that specification.
Check the concentration
Keep Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Parfum/Extrait and other concentrations separate unless the manufacturer explicitly treats them as the same product. Similar packaging is not enough.
Check the volume and format
A 50ml spray should not be ranked directly against a 30ml bottle, a refill, a miniature, a tester or a gift set. Those can be useful alternatives, but they are not exact matches.
Resolve conflicting descriptions
If the page title, selected option, description or basket disagree, treat the listing as unconfirmed until the retailer clarifies it. A cheap offer for an uncertain product should not be allowed to win a comparison.
Check again at checkout
Before paying, confirm the final basket description and quantity. Product feeds and search pages can be stale, so the retailer checkout remains the final source for availability and the price you actually pay.
