Perfume bottles, refills and gift sets.
Refills
Check the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact refill and bottle. Do not assume every bottle in a fragrance range is refillable. If you do not already own a compatible bottle, include anything else you need to buy in the cost comparison.
Gift sets
List the set contents separately: the fragrance concentration and size, plus the sizes and types of any additional products. Compare the main bottle with an equivalent standalone bottle, then decide what the extras are worth to you.
Testers and unboxed products
Read the retailer’s condition description carefully. Packaging, caps or presentation boxes can differ. If the item is intended as a gift, confirm that the product and presentation meet your needs rather than comparing price alone.
Unclear offers
Keep uncertain formats out of an exact-match ranking until the description is resolved. A very low price for the wrong format is not a saving on the perfume you meant to buy.
